Norton Bahoura

Norton Bahoura, PT, DPT

Norton grew up in West Bloomfield, MI and has always had a passion for patient care. He graduated from Wayne State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Food Science. Norton received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2016.

During his last semester at the university, Norton had the opportunity to take optional advanced manual orthopedic physical therapy courses to further his skills. These courses allowed him to add more techniques and tools to his toolbox to be able to provide the most optimal care. Some of these skills include spinal and extremity mobilization, myofascial techniques, and muscle energy techniques.

As part of his physical therapy education, Norton had the opportunity to experience clinical rotations at a skilled nursing facility and at two outpatient orthopedic settings.

Norton comes from a big family and enjoys his family time outside of the clinic. He especially enjoys bonding time with all his nieces and nephews. Norton enjoys being active and likes to exercise throughout the week. He also enjoys biking, swimming, bowling, and having a good time with friends.
